1. Scope & Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the website precisionmart.in and apply to all quotations, purchase orders, component supplies, diagnostic evaluations, laboratory bench repairs, annual maintenance contracts (AMC), panel retrofitting, and on-site engineering services rendered by Precision Power Solution ("PrecisionMart", "we", "our", or "us").

By accessing this website, requesting a commercial quotation, sending equipment for testing, or issuing a purchase order, you ("Client", "Buyer", or "Customer") agree to be bound by these Terms. Any terms proposed in client purchase orders that conflict with these Terms shall not apply unless explicitly agreed to in writing by an authorized representative of Precision Power Solution.

2. Commercial Quotations & Order Placement

• Validity of Quotations: Quotation validity will be as specified in the individual quotation.
• Inventory & Availability: All components, spares, and reconditioned drives offered from stock are subject to prior sale. Availability estimates for non-stock items are based on prevailing supplier lead times and are subject to change.
• Taxes, Freight & Packaging: Prices quoted are exclusive of Goods and Services Tax (GST), transit insurance, customs duties (for cross-border shipments), and freight delivery charges unless specifically enumerated as inclusive in the formal quotation.
• Client Specifications Responsibility: Quotations are formulated upon part numbers, drive power ratings, motor parameters, and application requirements provided by the client. The client is solely responsible for verifying the technical suitability and compatibility of the ordered component prior to issuing a purchase order.

3. Diagnostic Inspection & Repair Estimates

• Indicative Preliminary Estimates: Estimates, verbal discussions, or ballpark figures provided prior to physical equipment receipt are non-binding budgetary indicators only.
• Laboratory Bench Diagnosis: Definitive repair scope, component replacements (such as IGBT power modules, gate firing cards, electrolytic capacitors, or switch-mode power supplies), and firm costs are finalized only after physical bench inspection, internal cleaning, and diagnostic test procedures.
• Irreparable Units & Declining Quotations: If equipment is determined to be non-repairable due to severe PCB substrate carbonization, proprietary ASIC obsolescence, or prohibitive physical damage, or if the client elects not to proceed with the formal repair quotation, standard bench inspection and return transit charges may apply as detailed in the estimate.

4. Transit, Packing & Logistics

• Inbound Equipment Packaging: Clients sending industrial drives, PLCs, or circuit boards for laboratory testing must securely package items with adequate anti-static protection, cushioning, and moisture barriers. PrecisionMart is not liable for damage incurred during inbound transit.
• Dispatch Timelines: Delivery schedules and dispatch dates are commercial estimates made in good faith. PrecisionMart is not liable for transit delays caused by courier logistics, customs clearance, transit checkpoints, or Force Majeure events.

5. Warranty Terms & Exclusions

• Warranty Coverage & Terms: Any warranty applicable to repaired equipment or supplied components will be stated in the applicable quotation, invoice, or service documentation.
• Warranty Exclusions: Where warranty coverage applies, it is explicitly void in cases of: (a) incorrect electrical connection, phase imbalance, high voltage surges, or lightning discharge; (b) motor insulation failure or mechanical load jamming; (c) environmental contamination including water ingress, corrosive gases, conductive dust, or ambient temperatures exceeding rating; (d) unauthorized disassembly, field modification, or seal tampering; (e) lack of periodic preventive maintenance.
• No Implied Process Warranty: PrecisionMart does not guarantee process yield, machine output, or fitness for a particular industrial process unless verified and documented in a formal turnkey engineering scope signed by both parties.

6. Third-Party OEM Trademarks & Non-Affiliation Notice

All third-party brand names, registered trademarks, logos, and product series designations referenced on this website or in commercial communications — including, but not limited to, Siemens, ABB, Schneider Electric, Danfoss, Allen-Bradley / Rockwell Automation, Yaskawa, Mitsubishi Electric, Delta, Fuji Electric, INVT, and others — remain the intellectual property of their respective trademark holders.

PrecisionMart is an independent supplier, repair facility, and automation engineering provider. Reference to third-party brand names, model numbers, or part codes is made solely for the purposes of technical identification, component compatibility, and service capability indication. Such reference does not constitute or imply official sponsorship, direct OEM endorsement, or authorized dealership status unless explicitly documented in writing.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, PrecisionMart, Precision Power Solution, its proprietors, engineers, and employees shall not be liable for any indirect, special, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages whatsoever.

This includes, without limitation: loss of production, plant downtime, idle labor costs, raw material spoilage, lost business profits, or third-party claims arising from equipment downtime, component failure, or delayed delivery. In all events, the total aggregate liability of PrecisionMart for any and all claims arising out of or related to an order shall be strictly limited to the actual net sum received by PrecisionMart for the specific product or service item under dispute.

8. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions, all quotations, purchase orders, and service engagements shall be governed by, construed, and enforced in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India.

Any legal action, suit, or proceeding arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be instituted exclusively in the competent courts having jurisdiction over [CLIENT TO CONFIRM: Jurisdiction City/State, e.g., Pune / Mumbai, Maharashtra, India].

We reserve the right to revise or modify these Terms & Conditions at our discretion. Revised terms will take effect immediately upon publication on precisionmart.in. Orders accepted prior to the date of revision shall continue to be governed by the terms in effect at the time of purchase order acceptance.
